Nubar Boghossian, MD recently conducted a workshop in Pasadena for The Senator Carol Liu Women’s Health Conference on October 29.

California Senator, Carol Liu of the 21st District, in conjunction with The Wellness Community - Foothills, hosted the 10th Annual Women’s Educational Health Conference and Expo at the Pasadena Convention Center on October 29, 2010. The theme of the conference this year, "Knowledge is Power 2010."

Senator Carol Liu 20 distinguished Speakers from the community, and hundreds of attendees gathered to teach and learn about the importance of healthy living, regular screening, early detection and the advances in the treatment of women’s diseases in the United States.

Dr. Boghossian, of the Los Angeles Cancer Network, conducted a workshop detailing the advances in research, therapies and the implications of healthcare reform on the screening, detection and treatment of breast cancer.
