Dr. Cary Gota

United States Air Force, Major, Retired, Dr. Cary Gota is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. A Resident of Internal Medicine at Los Angeles County University of Southern California Medical Center, Dr. Gota was also a Fellow in Hematology and Medical Oncology and was Senior Supervising Oncology Fellow.

Dr. Gota served as Regional Consultant in Hematology and Medical Oncology for the United States Air Force at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Gota has served the Los Angeles Medical Community as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Chairman and Chief of Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital, Chairman of The Southern California Cancer Management Network, and Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Gota has been recognized by the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University with the Cushing Memorial Award and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for his service at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Gota is also recognized for his valuable contributions to the regional activities and programs of the National Cancer Institute.

Dr. Jerry Wada

Dr. Jerry Wada is a graduate of The University of Southern California. A Resident in Internal Medicine, Dr. Wada was also a Fellow of Hematology and Oncology at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center.

Dr. Wada served in the United States Army as Commanding Officer of the US Army Health Clinic in Darmstadt, West Germany. Serving the Los Angeles Medical Community, Dr. Wada was Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the USC School of Medicine and Chief of Staff at Glendale Adventist Medical Center.

Dr. Boris Bagdasarian

Dr. Boris Bagdasarian was born and raised in Montebello, California and attended the Armenian Mesrobian School. He continued his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. His medical school training was conducted at the Western University of Health Sciences where he graduated Magna Cum laude.

Dr. Bagdasarian was chief resident in Internal Medicine at the White Memorial Medical Center and continued to specialize in Hematology, Oncology and Bone marrow transplantation at the renowned City of Hope National Medical Center and UCLA where he was chief fellow.

Dr. Boris Bagdasarian is the managing partner of the Los Angeles Cancer Network, one of the largest Hematology and Oncology Groups in Los Angeles County. He is currently president of the Los Angeles County Medical Association, District 4; He is chairman of the Cancer Committee at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center as well as a member of the Board of Governors; and is an advisor and past president of the Armenian American Medical Society of California.

Dr Bagdasarian was recognized among the top oncologists in the United States by the Scientific Research Council of America from 2007-2010. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at USC. Dr. Bagdasarian is actively involved in cancer research, in which he has been the principle investigator and co-investigator of numerous publications. Dr. Bagdasarian continues to serve the medical community as Oncology consultant for the media, appearing on ABC, CBS and CNN news.

Dr. Lasika C. Seneviratne

Dr. Seneviratne is a graduate of The University of Southern California School of Medicine, and The USC Residency and Fellowship programs in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology. Dr. Seneviratne was a Research Fellow in Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering at the University of San Francisco Medical Center.

Dr. Seneviratne is widely published in numerous peer journals in the field of Hematology and Oncology, including The American Society of Clinical Oncology, Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome and Journal of the American Society of Hematology. He also presents at numerous academic forums including keynote addresses at Medical and Hematology Grand Rounds for USC Department of Medicine, and at the National AIDS Malignancy Conferences in Bethesda, Maryland and Miami, Florida.

Dr. Seneviratne served the Los Angeles Medical Community teaching at The University of Southern California. In 2003, He entered private practice and joined the Los Angeles Hematology/Oncology Medical Group, now known as The Los Angeles Cancer Network. He served as Chief of Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles and is currently the Medical Director of Southern California Oncology Research Alliance (SCORA).

Dr. Ho graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University and earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. Dr. Ho served as Resident in Internal Medicine at the University of California at Irvine and his Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the City of Hope National Medical Center and Harbor-UCLA.

Dr. Ho served the Medical Community through his research in the area of breast cancer genetics and has been recognized with The American Society of Clinical Oncology Foundation Merit Award in 2006.

Dr. Ho's cancer genetics research is published in The Journal of Cancer Epidemiology and Biomarkers.
