BILLING

We accept most major insurance plans. Pre-authorization may be required for many of the treatments administered by LAHOMG. If you are unsure about your coverage, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are not covered by health insurance for your visit or any of the treatments we provide, we may be able to assist you with costs or make special financial arrangements for our services. Please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.
